Again, you value your business by honoring others’. You don’t nickel and dime us for free work or advice any more than you want us to do it to you. You remit our retainers and you don’t force us to chase you down for past due invoices. You believe in keeping the flow of money constant, not just with us but with everyone you encounter.
you respect us as experts
You get that our expertise took 15 years, not 15 days. You let us do our jobs, ask for explanations when you need to understand, and recognize the power of having experts in your corner. You don’t think deadlines apply to “everyone but you”, and you aren’t a control freak (that’s why we do what WE do…so you can do what YOU do).
You understand that our magic takes time and a ton of creative energy. You’re cool with that.
